F.A.Q.

When will i receive my order?
Most USPS orders are received within 2 to 5 business days of payment.  If your product subtotal is over $50; or if you ordered spray paint, your order will be shipped via ground shipping (UPS,USPS,FEDEX). Ground shipping takes between 1 to 5 business days.  Expedited shipping is available. Please choose your option when checking out. Call 1-888-4-SPRATX with any order inquiries. If it has been over 7 days and you have not received your order please call us immediately. International orders take around 1 to 2 weeks to deliver. If you haven’t received your item within this time frame, please contact us right away.

Where can I track my package?
Depending on which service your order was shipped with. You can track your package on UPS  or  USPS. Please keep in mind Tracking information for your package may not be visible during the first 24 hours of transit.

I’m ordering spray paint, why is the only shipping option UPS Ground?
Ground is the only option for spray paint. UPS is a carrier that is qualified to handle such packages. Also, UPS gives you real time tracking numbers that are reliable. If you need an expedited shipping option for a spray paint order please call us. Expedited services are available for spray paint however, they can be quite expensive.

I do not like to use my credit card on the internet, can I call in my order?
Yes, You may call us with your credit card # at: 1-888-4-SPRATX or email us your phone # and the time you would like us to call and we will get back to you.

Missing Items? 
If you believe you were missing items from your order, contact must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving your order to be eligible for exchange or refund so we may investigate.

Cancel an order?
If you decide to cancel your order, after the payment has been made, but before shipping, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee, for administrative and restocking expenses.

How long will my backordered item take to come in?
Our colors get restocked every 3 weeks, so you should generally expect to see your backordered items within a month. There are however occasions when our distributors are on backorder as well which will affect this timeline. 

Do you substitute colors? 
If a color you’ve ordered happens to be out of stock, we will contact you either by email or phone to see if you would like the next closest color or if you’d like the color to be backordered. 

I want to ship my order to an address other then my billing address, how can I do this?
On the check out page of the shopping cart there is a box for Additional Information, if you provide us with the desired address and best way to get in touch with you, we’ll be happy to facilitate your request. 

Do you offer local pick up?
At this time we are unfortunately not set up to offer local pick up to the general public. Under special circumstances and for any order over $150 in paint, local pick up options are available. Prior arrangements must be made by calling 1-888-4-SPRATX or emailing thesupplyshop@spratx.com. Any order placed using the local pick up option that does not meet this criteria will be packaged and shipped to the address provided during check out, with the order total adjusted to reflect shipping.
